Each plan is tailor-made to meet the particular needs of the client,
taking into account its immediate and long-term financial and benefit
objectives, as well as whether it expects to have the earnings and cash
flow to finance the desired plan on an ongoing basis.
Using current proposal software, we are able
to present clients with creative and innovative contribution and benefit
alternatives and to produce cost and benefit projections for each
alternative. We work closely with the client's accountant and
other financial and tax advisors to ensure that the particular pension
program is affordable and flexible.
