When called upon to administer an estate by executors, the firm is involved in probating the will, gathering the estate assets, timing the distribution of assets to beneficiaries, caring for non-probate assets, and preparation of all tax returns and reports required by the IRS as well as state and local governmental agencies. We work with the beneficiaries with regard to post-mortem tax planning.

Estate planning and estate administration services are performed in conjunction with the client’s family, including spouse and children.
