The firm is able to prepare all employee communications that are necessary to ensure compliance with ERISA's disclosure requirements and the successful ongoing operation of a plan, including summary plan descriptions, summary of material modifications and required IRS and DOL notices.  Because of our experience in dealing with complex benefit claims issues and consulting on benefits litigation, we are adept in crafting summary plan descriptions and other benefit communications in a manner that provides maximum protection to the sponsoring employer.  The firm is equipped to run briefing sessions with employees to explain new or restructured pension programs, including 401(k) plans.
